Meet Michael Banovac
Michael’s expertise encompasses Real Estate, Marketing, and Internet Entrepreneurship. He currently holds an Arizona Real Estate License and has over 10 years of real estate investment experience. He prides himself as the agent of choice for any professional seeking to buy or sell residential real estate in Arizona. In 2007, he was awarded the President’s Volunteer Service Award from President George W. Bush for his contributions to Helping Hands Housing Services, an Arizona based non-profit.
Michael has been featured in a variety of local and national media outlets including: CNN, Fortune, Money Magazine, Yahoo Finance, and The Street. He was named a 2018 and 2019 honoree for 40 Under 40 by the Scottsdale Association of Realtors for his business success, professional leadership, community engagement, and industry involvement. As well as serving as a 2017 Tour Director for the Paradise Valley Luxury Home Tour and it currently member of their board.
From 2012-2018 he and his partners acquired, built, remodeled, and/or sold over 100 homes with a value in excess of $75,000,000. In 2015, he was the youngest primary listing agent in the State of Arizona to have successfully closed a residential property for just under $3,000,000.
Michael graduated cum laude from Barrett, The Honors College at Arizona State University with a B.S. in Business/Marketing. He studied International Marketing at the London School of Economics as well as International Business at Harvard University.
