She is a skilled negotiator closing over $100,000,000 in market access contracts during her career within the healthcare industry. As the Founder of Aspen Strategic Group, she was instrumental in providing strategic direction for the successful launch of several medical products and company acquisitions in both the Medical and Veterinary markets.
Julie is uniquely positioned for success as the Operations Director for Valley Luxury Partners. Her dedication to excellence coupled with extensive experience navigating the intricacies of multi-million dollar contracts and a focus on cultivating long term client relationships makes Julie a valuable addition to the VLP team. Collaborating with our agents, she engages in a variety of essential business projects to ensure VLP remains on the cutting edge of innovation for real estate firms by leveraging technology across a variety of platforms.
Julie is a graduate of Bucknell University with a degree in International Relations. She started her healthcare career in strategic planning at Overlook Hospital in NJ. For 20 years, Julie assumed various roles within TAP Pharmaceuticals, a joint venture of Takeda Chemical company and Abbott Laboratories. She founded Aspen Strategic Group in 2010 and Co-Founded Pixels VR, a 3D immersive reality filming company for the real estate industry. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Julie is a certified Aerial Yoga and Aerial Fitness Instructor. She and her husband Joseph enjoy cooking, hiking and trail running.
