Updates on the Hottest Luxury Developments in The Valley

Scottsdale and Paradise Valley are home to some of the most stunning and in-demand luxury developments in the country. From the Ritz-Carlton Residences to Ascent at the Phoenician, these affluent communities continue to turn heads with their cutting-edge design and upscale ambiance. Buyers are scooping up these properties quickly. Valley Luxury Partners has the latest details on what’s taken and what’s coming soon to the luxury real estate market.

The Palmeraie

The Palmeraie master-planned community features the Ritz-Carlton Resort, FENDI and Ritz Carlton Residences. It’s no surprise that The Ritz-Carlton has made quite a footprint in Paradise Valley, giving interested buyers the chance to reside at what’s being called “Arizona’s most powerful address.” This luxury community of villas and estate homes offers full-service resort living. The Villas feature large private balconies, lush gardens and pools surrounded by views of Mummy Mountain and Camelback Mountain. The open-plan concept and floor-to-ceiling glass windows allow residents to fully enjoy all the desert has to offer.

Last year, Valley Luxury Partners went on a private tour of The Palmeraie. We got a behind-the-scenes look at the development in its building phase. The Ritz-Carlton, Paradise Valley is opening in fall of 2023 and is known as the first resort that the luxury hotel company has built in North America in more than a decade. It’s promising to be one of the finest resorts in Arizona and will feature secret gardens, citrus groves and a grand swimming pool. The luxury development will give guests a sense of escape while embracing the exuberant energy of Scottsdale.

SOHO Scottsdale

Live, work and play at SOHO Scottsdale. These new luxury lofts, townhomes and penthouses in North Scottsdale take an innovative approach to urban living. The beloved McDowell Mountain Preserve is just minutes away. It’s truly an entrepreneur or business owner’s paradise as the property is dual zoned for business and residential. SOHO Scottsdale allows employees to work on-site without HOA or City regulations for a home-based business. Phase I is already sold out and occupied, Phase II is under construction and Phase III is pre-selling now.

Ascent at the Phoenician

Just steps away from the prestigious Phoenician resort is where you’ll find a luxurious gated residential community—Ascent at the Phoenician. Take in breathtaking views on the private rooftop terrace. The exclusive development at the base of Camelback Mountain launched its first release with 40 mountainside residences ranging from one bedroom plus den to three bedrooms plus den plans. Buyers scooped them up quickly—as of late July, only four condos were remaining.

The Ascent at the Phoenician offers an entire estate collection of eight homes. These open-concept floor plans offer three bedroom plus bonus room residences. They feature multi-slide glass doors to invite light inside, large terraces to embrace the beauty of the desert landscape and jaw-dropping views of the valley.

Portico

Coming soon, Portico in North Scottsdale will have 112 condos overlooking the McDowell Mountains. The availability is slim as the development is already nearly 90 percent full. Prices for the remaining residences range from the $800s to over $1,900,000. The developer expects to break ground by the end of this year.
